Monday, December 01, 2008 ~ The Annual Christmas Gift Giving Project ~ Every December since 2006, I would usually try to raise money to buy goodies for the pediatric ward of the AFP Medical Center. It would compose of a backpack with a toy, coloring book, crayons, pencils, towel, alcohol, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. My mom would help me go to Divisoria and buy all the stuff. And then I'll try to recruit friends to come with me to AFP around mid-december to give the goodie bags to the kids. It was my way of giving thanks for a great year. And this year was no doubt amazing. Yet, I believe it wouldn't be appropriate to do such a big project this year. I may have had a wonderful year (even with a little bumps and bruises) but I still have to take care of something personal before I start sharing the christmas spirit with the kids in AFP. So, if your planning to have an outreach activity this December, just sms or ping me because I'll be glad to help out. I can't head a project this year but I would love to help and volunteer. I would still want to do my personal christmas tradition this December but not just that big..hehehe.. :-) But I would definitely plan one next year... :-D
~ Thank You :-) ~ I don't blog that much anymore but I think this is worth posting.. Thank you for all those that greeted me on my birthday. Waking up with more than 15 new messages in my phone really felt nice. And the messages kept coming in 'till the afternoon. Also, for those that greeted me in friendster and ym. :-) Thanks to my housemates for waiting 'till midnight to welcome in the 15th of August. And of course for treating me for a very very late dinner. Thanks to my team mates for the two cakes (one mousse and one puto..haha) and the neverending greeting and singing during the 14th. Thanks to AJ and Gheoff for going over and beyond bestfriend duties. Isang sms lang andiyan na to your rescue..hehehe. Thanks to Poli for keeping up with me even if he was really sick that day. Love you beb.. :-* And as always, I thank the Lord for giving me special people like them. Aja! It may not be the best birthday ever (and AJ knows why..hehe..) but you always have to look at the glass half full. You just have to make the best of what is given to you.. ;-)
~ Sudden Turn, Quick Step, Slow Pace ~ ..hiatus from blogging yet not from life.. ..been thinking of shutting down my blog for good.. ..maybe it's time to move on.. ..been blogging for more or less 6 years.. :-P Maybe it's high time I kept my thoughts to myself and to those that are ver close to me. Yet, I'm still deliberating. LOL.

~ Alive, Awake, Kicking....And Hey Its 2 A.M.! ~ Barclays Premier League March 23, 2008 Game Arsenal vs. Chelsea It's 2 AM on a Monday and I'm still infront of the laptop. But hey, believe it or not, I'm not working!! LOL. Chelsea won! Chelsea won! Wooooohoooo!! Now, staying up late wasn't a waste after all. LOL 14 minutes after half time, Arsenal got it's first goal by Sagna. And it was his first goal for the league! Damn! I wanted to scream (except that everybody else in the condo was sleeping..haha) and say "Darn Ballack!! Damn Lampard!! What are you doing Drogba? What's that J. Cole??" Then at 73 minutes from the game, Drogba scored a goal. Then another at 80 minutes and 51 seconds; Yey!! I was praying so hard for a hat trick but it never happened. But hey, Chelsea won!! Yiihaaa!! I knew they won't dissapoint me..hahahaha.. It was a good game. Both teams had almost the same number of attempts. Unlike, Liverpool vs Manchester United where Manchester United had control of the ball 70% of the time (well, I think its 70%..haha). Raizelle and I was so frustrated watching that game! Hahaha... Now this girl needs some sleep. I have to be at work at 8 AM! Doing!!! It was a good day.... :-)
